Common questions

The labels don’t line up with my sheet

Make sure the print dialog is set to 100% / Actual size. Tick “Print label outlines”, print on plain paper, hold it over a label sheet, and use Nudge right / Nudge down (in mm) until it matches. Save it as your default.

Which barcode is printed?

Valid UPC-A, EAN-13 and EAN-8 codes are printed in their own format. Anything else (including SKUs) is printed as Code 128, which every scanner reads.

Some products have no barcode

By default the label uses the SKU instead. Or open Barcodes to give them store barcodes (EAN-13 starting with 2, reserved for in-store use) or copy their SKU into the barcode field.

I used half a sheet already

Set “Start at label” to the first empty position on the sheet.

My printer is a Dymo or Zebra

Pick the matching roll size. Each label is its own page. In the print dialog choose the same paper size and 100% scale.
