Privacy policy

Oak Glen Barcode Labels (“the app”) is provided by Oak Glen. This policy explains what information the app handles when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store.
Information we access
- Your store’s domain, name and currency, and the access token Shopify issues when you install the app.
- Products and variants you choose to print labels for, and your catalog’s SKUs and barcodes when you run a barcode check. Label PDFs are created in your browser; product data is not stored on our servers.
- When you ask the app to fix barcodes, it writes the new barcode to those variants in your store.
- Your saved label settings and a monthly count of labels printed and barcodes fixed.
- Basic information about your staff account shown by Shopify during login, used only to keep you logged in.
Information we do not collect
The app does not access orders or customers and does not store any customer personal information. We do not sell or share any data.
How information is stored
Settings and counts are stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Sessions are deleted when you uninstall; everything else is deleted when Shopify sends its shop deletion request, 48 hours later. Request logs are kept for a short time for troubleshooting.
Your rights
We respond to Shopify’s data request and deletion webhooks. You can also email us to ask what data we hold or to have it deleted.
